Shipping Policy

Most Domestic orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. We ship using the United States Postal Service. Delivery times are 2-3 business days for Priority Shipping and Express Mail is 1-2 days.

Orders are NOT shipped on Sundays, or Federal Holidays. If we receive your order after 12pm (EST), on a weekend or holiday, your in-stock order will ship out in the following 1-3 business days.

If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please email us to check availability and delivery time.

Shipping Problems

We make every effort to get your order to you, but sometimes shipping problems do occur. If your order is lost or missing, please contact the shipping company and give them the tracking number provided in the email we sent when your package was shipped. Because we are not the addressee, we generally cannot get any additional information beyond what is provided online. If your package cannot be located, or is lost by the Postal Service, we will make every effort to replace the shipment.

If you provided an incorrect address during the checkout process, it is your responsibility to contact us as soon as possible to make the correction. If the package is returned due to insufficient address or is otherwise undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you to obtain the correct address. If we do not hear back from you within 7 business days, we will assume that you do not want the order, and will refund the purchase price minus any shipping charges that have been incurred.

Product Availability

We alway try to ship your order completely. On those rare occasions when an item becomes unavailable, we'll let you know by email. If a substitution cannot be arranged, we will cancel the item from your order, and any charges for that item will be refunded.

About your Packaging

We are dedicated to recycling. Please understand that your order may be shipped in a pre-owned box or otherwise used packaging. We take every precaution to ensure that your items arrive in proper condition, but try to re-use all packing materials as much as possible.

International Orders

>All international orders are shipped via The United States Postal Service. Any Tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver of the goods. We will state the invoice amount as the value on customs forms. We will not be responsible if your country refuses to let the package in for any reason. Please check with your customs before ordering.

Due to the high amount of credit card fraud we will not accept orders originating from or being shipped to the following countries:

  • Indonesia
  • Singapore
  • Ghana
  • Nigeria
  • Belarus
  • Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Macedonia
  • Philippines
  • Thailand
  • Malaysia

We will also not ship to the following countries because they are on the U.S. Department of Treasury sanction list:

  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Libya
  • Serbia
  • Sudan

Return Policy

Damaged Goods

Items damaged in transit will be replaced at no charge. If a package appears damaged, do not accept the delivery. If you find something broken after opening, notify us immediately for return instructions.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, once the item is taken out of the package and assembled, we can not take responsibility for any damage that is incurred.

If something breaks after you've opened the package, please contact us and we will attempt to help you fix your item. In the event that your item cannot be fixed, you will need to contact the manufacturer for waranty service or purchase an alternative item.

Defective Merchandise

If an item is inoperable or has a defective component (damage or defect not resulting from shipment), contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.

Returns

We will issue you a refund or exchange on any item if it is returned in new and unused condition with the following exceptions:

  • Video and Software - Exchange only for the same identical item if the product is defective. No Refunds.
  • All returns / exchanges must be shipped back to us within 15 days of receipt. For your protection, insure all returns.
  • If a product is determined to be defective prior to use, we will accept it back for exchange or refund. Otherwise, please contact the manufacturer for warranty service.

You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with any return.
